All sales are final

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link or file has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product and that no physical item will be shipped. You confirm that you understand refunds are not available for digital downloads.


Why we do not offer refunds

Unlike physical goods, digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Once the file has been accessed or downloaded, we have no way to verify that the product has not been used, which is why we maintain a strict no-refund policy.


Before you buy

We encourage you to read all product descriptions, FAQs, and preview content carefully before purchasing to ensure the product is right for you. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please contact us and we will be happy to help.


Exceptions

We will only consider a resolution in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same order — we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
  • You purchased a product and did not receive the download link within 24 hours despite a confirmed payment — we will resend your files promptly.
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened — we will provide a working replacement file.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of delivery to your payment provider. We always prefer to resolve any issues directly and kindly ask that you reach out to us first.
